Promotion Setup Wizard
I designed a dynamic Setup Wizard, from the ground up.
Each promotion on a participant's dashboard is driven by complex set of business rules. The Promotion Setup Wizard guides administrators through all of the steps necessary to configure the rules, accounting data, reward calculations, content, and communications for nine different promotion types.
Claims
Informed by research into the contexts of several existing clients, and working closely with front-end developers, system architects, and the lead business analyst, I designed an improved claim submission experience.
Ideally, sales transaction data is fed into the system automatically, but there can be scenarios where a file feed isn't available. In these situations, participants need a way to submit their own sales data before their rewards can be calculated.

Historically, claims submission had been a huge pain point for participants, due to the complexity of the forms and lack of visibility into the status of a claim as it moved through the system.
We were able to reduce the complexity of the user's workflow by separating the claims process from promotions.
We improved the visibility of individual claims by creating a strategy of in-app notifications and communications, and adding a list of contributing transaction on each promotion.
