Tim Armato — UX and Product Design

Process

Every project is different

I'm not going to quote you the UX textbook. This isn't a paragraph describing how I always lead project teams through pristine iterative cycles of research and design and testing. If we do have sprints and sprints worth of time to work our way through the full double-diamond, I'm capable and prepared to do it — but let's be honest:

  • Sometimes you need to jump in after work has started
  • Sometimes it's a quick fix or a tactical enhancement with an impossible deadline
  • Sometimes you don't have access to end users
  • There's not always budget

Whether it involves user interviews, empathy maps and high-fidelity interactive prototypes, or literal back-of-the-envelope journey maps and user testing with paper prototypes in the lunchroom, I can get the job done.
